Client Service Manager

You’ll provide:
·         Great customer service skills
·         The ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
·         Strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and follow-through skills
·         The ability to rapidly acquire or have knowledge of relevant legislation; including but not limited to the Liquor Act, the Liquor Regulations, Security Providers Act and Security Providers Regulations 
·         Good knowledge of computer systems and programs
·         The expertise to effectively manage multi-million dollar sales volume and source new business.
 
You will:
·         Be available to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.
·         Hold a Class C Drivers Licence
·         Hold and keep current, at a minimum, the following:
o    Class 1 Security Licence with a minimum of Security Officer (Unarmed) and Crowd Controller classifications
o    Class 2 Security Licence (can be obtained upon being successful with this position)
o    LLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
·         Manage front end operations effectively

Supervisors and 2IC's for large Venues 

Crowd Controllers for Various Locations, including but not limited to: Brisbane City, Valley, Brisbane Suburbs, Gold Coast, Logan, Cleveland, Redcliffe, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Bundberg Venues

Dog Handlers for special events - Must have own Guard Dog .

Interviews are conducted on a Tuesday, and if you are successful induction training will be required.
 
Induction Training is held on a Tuesday at 12noon and is approximately 3 hours in duration.
 

Where can you go within the Best Organisation?
 
All guards starts as casual employees and depending on experience, work Friday and Saturday nights or for more experienced guards Thursday through Saturday nights.
 
This may develop into 5 nights per week and those interested in leading teams may seek future training and become Head Guards.
 
Head Guards can progress to Supervisors.
 
Supervisors may apply for Management roles when they become available.
 
Management Roles may include, Client Service Managers or Client Service Manager Assistants.
 
Rates of pay and/or benefits increase with each level attained.
