He is the Chairman of the Manpower Committee for Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) where he utilises his knowledge and life experiences to facilitate the shaping of a stronger more professional Security Industry. General Manager – Karen PhillipsKaren has been involved in Business Management for 30 years and for the past 18 years she has been involved in Security Management. Karen is an active member of Liquor Industry Action Groups (LIAG), the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL), and actively works as a Security Officer in Licensed Venues ensuring her skills and industry knowledge are both accurate and current. Karen has a Diploma in Security and Risk Management and supports the teaching and implementation of RSA. She is a Liquor Licensing approved RSA Trainer and advocates and practices theses teachings as the essence of success in the hospitality Industry. She is qualified in the following:
Our Management TeamClient Service Manager – Nick SantagiulianaNick started his career as an apprentice carpenter – a career that spanned 17 years. Nick travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, experiencing a diversity of cultures and people. Nick loves any activity related to the outdoors and has a natural interest in people from all walks of life. Nick joined the Security Industry in 2005 and soon stood out as a natural leader. He was quickly promoted to Supervisor and in 2009 progressed to the Best Management Team. She joined the Security industry in 2003 and has been active in financial control, human resources and First Aid training.
